What to expect
What to expect if you have never been to a wellness center
For the skeptical, the self-conscious, and anyone who is only here because someone else insisted.

A fair number of the people who walk in here did not book it themselves. Someone else did, and they came along mildly braced. This one is for them.
Nobody is going to ask you to believe anything
There is no briefing, no philosophy you have to accept at the door, and nobody will ask what you are hoping to release. You sit in a chair in a dim room for an hour. That is the whole of the required participation.
Nobody is assessing you
No intake questionnaire about your life, no progress review, no one checking whether you are doing it correctly. There is no correct.
It is smaller and friendlier than you are braced for
It is one room upstairs on US Highway 1, with parking on site. There may be a few other people in it, all there for the same reason and none of them looking to chat. The color and the salt lamps make it read warm rather than clinical, which is deliberate — we were not going for serene-and-empty.
You can leave
Obviously, but it is worth saying. The door is not locked and nobody will make it awkward.
Things people are quietly worried about
- Falling asleep. Fine. Common, in fact.
- Snoring. Also fine. Everyone else has their eyes shut.
- Not feeling anything. Very normal, especially the first time.
- Being sold something on the way out. Not how this works. The free fifteen-minute call exists specifically so nobody buys a package they did not need.
If you want to see it first
Reasonable. Have a look at the room, or call and ask to come and stand in it for a minute before you book an hour. That is a completely normal thing to want and we would rather you asked.
Not sure if this is for you? Call or text Frannie for fifteen minutes. It is free, there is no pitch, and she will tell you honestly whether a couple of hours, a package, an overnight or none of the above makes sense. (561) 531-7178
