Do you offer discounts?+
Yes. First-timers pay $75 for two hours (instead of one). All packages are heavily discounted. (Does not apply to overnights.) Veterans with a DD214 discharge document and first responders also get 10% off. That discount applies to $75 hourly sessions only — not to packages, overnights or events.

What it is actually like.
5 questionsWhat does a session look like?+
You are in a room with comfortable recliners. The lights are low. Nature scenes play on a large screen, salt lamps glow outside the machines, and high-hertz music sets the tone, with pure essential oils being diffused. You recline and you stop. There may be other people in the room with you, all there for the same reason. Bring headphones if you would rather have your own music. People often describe it as a mini retreat.
How will I feel during a session?+
Some people feel a buzzing sensation, others simply feel well-rested, others extra alert. It is a uniquely individual experience. Some folks let us know that they slept better that night. A few even reported that pain they had coming in was gone after two hours.
What are some benefits our members have reported?+
People have healed themselves from mild to severe illnesses. (See testimonials.)
Can I stay overnight?+
Yes — 8:30PM to 7AM, Thursday to Sunday nights, on a comfortable cot. Bring your own sheets. Overnights include five minutes of breathwork and humming with Frannie, and a free salt bag. Each additional family member or friend is $100. Sunday overnight is our standing special.
Can I bring my dog?+
Unfortunately not. We love animals but have carpeting, and had problems with fleas in the past, and had to have our whole place fumigated.

2 questionsHow should I prepare for a session?+
Book a free 15-minute consultation with Frannie first — (561) 531-7178. It will save you time and money. Dress comfortably, in layers. Bring a sleep mask if you want complete darkness, and headphones if you want your own music. Drink plenty of water before and after, and bring your own bottle of water. Come with an open mind, ready to unplug.
What should I do after a session?+
Drink plenty of water. Some people like a salt bath or a salt scrub afterwards — we sell activated salt scrubs at the center. Ask Frannie about the three-minute breathing and humming exercise. It takes minutes, you can do it anywhere, and it is free. Between visits, practice Frannie’s easy self-soothing processes, or any stress-management method that works for you, to keep you focused on your goal.
