My Cardiologist recommended Loving Light Regeneration. I was skeptical at first. I had my first session and met Frannie and Danny, both amazing people. I was booked for an hour but was able to stay for 2. I usually can't sit still for long, but I was determined to make the hour. The atmosphere lends itself to relaxation. I hobbled into Frannie and Dani's "Loving Light Regeneration Spa", as my left arch had been cutting into me, like a knife, from sciatica. I situated myself in a comfy recliner chair, surrounded by TV screens showing vibrating patterns, soothing music, lava stones, and little bottles emitting steam. Frannie handed me a cozy blanket and whispered, "enjoy". The next 4 hours were spent sleeping, waking to establish my surroundings, and falling right back to sleep.
