About these terms
These terms cover lovinglightregeneration.com and booking sessions with Loving Light Regeneration (the Loving Light Regeneration Association), 11911 S. US Highway 1, Suite 304, North Palm Beach, FL 33408. By using the website or booking a session you agree to them. Your session itself is also covered by the liability waiver every member signs before their first visit.
Our sessions are not medical care
Loving Light Regeneration offers relaxation and wellness sessions. Our sessions are not medical care, are not a substitute for medical care, and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Please consult your doctor about any health concern, and before beginning any new wellness practice.
If you have a health condition, are pregnant, or are under treatment for anything, please speak to your doctor before booking — and please keep seeing them regardless of what you do here.
Membership and the waiver
Sessions are for members of the Loving Light Regeneration Association. Membership is a one-time, lifetime $10 fee, paid when you first arrive — not a subscription, not renewed, not per visit. You also sign the liability waiver before your first session.
As the waiver sets out, you can end your membership at any time, and membership can be revoked for abusive, violent, menacing, destructive or harassing behavior toward any other member.
Prices, bookings and discounts
Current prices for hourly sessions, packages and overnights are on our Pricing page. Sessions are booked on the hour.
Veterans with a DD214 discharge document get 10% off hourly sessions. The discount applies to $75 hourly sessions only — not to packages, overnights or events.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund. Please arrive 10 minutes early — late arrival does not extend your session or qualify you for a refund. The room runs on the hour.
In the center
None of the 32 light system units may be touched. If the system needs to be recalibrated because of your actions, you will be charged for it. A security camera continuously monitors the room that holds the system.
Using this website
Everything on this website is general information about our sessions and is not medical advice. Client stories describe one person’s own experience; they are not a promise that you will have the same one.
The words, photos and videos on this site belong to Loving Light Regeneration or are used with permission. Please do not copy them for commercial use without asking us first.
Some links take you to other services — our booking calendar, Google Maps and YouTube. Those sites are run by other companies under their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
Liability
We keep this website accurate and working as best we can, but we provide it as it is and cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using the website. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that the law does not allow us to limit.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.
