What to expect
How often should I come, and how do I know?
There is no schedule we are going to sell you. There is a way to work out your own.

We do not have a recommended frequency, and we are suspicious of anyone in this field who does. What we have is a rate card and a phone number, and a strong preference that you do not overbuy.
Start with one hour
$75, walk-in rate, never expires. If you have never been in, this is the whole answer. Do one hour before you decide anything else.
Then notice what actually happened
Not whether it was profound. Whether you wanted to come back. People who end up coming regularly almost always describe the same thing: they found themselves thinking about the room during the week. That is a more reliable signal than anything you could feel in the chair.
Packages exist for people who already know
If you know you like it and want it regularly, buying hours ahead costs less per hour — $40 at ten hours, down to $25 at a hundred. Packages are good for three months unless noted; the hundred-hour one runs a full year and includes a weekend overnight.
Buying a package because it is better value, before you know whether you want the hours, is not better value. It is a hundred hours of pressure.
The exhausted end of the scale
If you are running on empty and want the deep end, that is what the overnight is for. Ten and a half hours, 8:30PM to 7AM. Again — ideally not as your first visit.
The actual answer
Call for fifteen minutes. Free, no pitch. Frannie will ask what is going on and tell you straight whether a couple of hours, a package, an overnight or none of the above makes sense for you. Sometimes the answer is come back in a month, and she says that out loud.
Not sure if this is for you? Call or text Frannie for fifteen minutes. It is free, there is no pitch, and she will tell you honestly whether a couple of hours, a package, an overnight or none of the above makes sense. (561) 531-7178
