Rest
What is it like in there at 3am?
The question overnight bookers actually ask. An honest description of the middle of the night.

People ask about the overnight logistics — sheets, cots, timings — and then, usually near the end of the call, they ask the real question. What is it actually like being in there in the middle of the night?
Quieter than you are imagining
The room does not change at 3am. The panels are on, the music is low, and the light is the same color it was at 10pm. What changes is you. Most people report the first stretch of the night is ordinary sleep, and then there is a middle patch of surfacing and settling that is different from waking up at home.
You will probably surface a few times
That is normal and it is worth expecting. People describe waking enough to remember where they are, looking at the light for a while, and going back down. Nobody is monitoring you, nobody comes in, and there is nothing you are supposed to be doing at any point in the night.
Bring your own sheets
Genuinely the most forgotten thing. Sheets and a pillow you actually like. Ten hours on someone else’s pillow is a long ten hours.
Who else is there
Possibly nobody. Possibly a couple of other people, or someone you brought — each additional family member or friend is $100. If the night you want is taken, call anyway: sometimes the person who has it is happy to share and you both get a discount.
7am
The night runs 8:30PM to 7AM. You get five minutes of breathwork and humming with Frannie before you settle, and a free salt bag on the way out. Most people leave quiet, drink a lot of water, and are notably unhurried about the rest of the morning.
Should your first visit be an overnight?
Honestly, probably not. Ten hours is a lot of room to meet for the first time. Do an hour, see whether you like it, and the hourly rate never expires either way.
Not sure if this is for you? Call or text Frannie for fifteen minutes. It is free, there is no pitch, and she will tell you honestly whether a couple of hours, a package, an overnight or none of the above makes sense. (561) 531-7178
