Workshops
Bringing a stress workshop to your team
For organizations full of people running on empty. Talk, workshop or livestream.

This is the part of what we do that has nothing to do with the room. Frannie takes the work out — to teams, events, conferences and livestreams.
Who books it
Organizations with people who are quietly running on empty, which in practice is most of them. Over thirty years she has worked internationally with veterans, with trauma survivors, and with ordinary workplaces where nobody would use either of those words but everybody is tired.
What it is not
- Not a lecture about wellbeing with a slide about hydration.
- Not a session that requires anyone to disclose anything in front of colleagues.
- Not something people have to believe in for it to be useful.
What it is
A working session on stress, built around turning triggers into treasures, and delivered by someone who performed solo for thirty years before she taught any of it. It is funny — which she will tell you is the only reason anyone remembers it on Monday — and it is practical, portable and takes minutes rather than months.
People leave with the three-minute breathing and humming exercise, which needs no equipment and can be done at a desk without anyone noticing.
Formats
A talk, a workshop, or a livestream for distributed teams. Length and shape are worked out with you; the center itself can also host smaller groups if you would rather bring people to the room.
Inquiring
Call and say it is a workshop inquiry rather than a booking — different conversation, and Frannie will want to know who the room is and what they are dealing with before quoting anything.
Not sure if this is for you? Call or text Frannie for fifteen minutes. It is free, there is no pitch, and she will tell you honestly whether a couple of hours, a package, an overnight or none of the above makes sense. (561) 531-7178
