How do I prepare for an overnight?

Overnight in the room, 8:30PM to 7AM. What to bring, what happens, and who tends to book it.

The overnight runs 8:30PM to 7AM, Thursday to Sunday nights. It is our most-booked option and it is a genuinely different thing from an hourly session — not just a longer one.

What it involves

Ten hours in the room on a comfortable cot. Before you settle you get five minutes of breathwork and humming with Frannie, which is worth arriving in time for. There is a free salt bag for you on the way out.

Bring your own sheets

This is the one people forget, so it is first on the list. Bring sheets, and bring a pillow you actually like. You are going to be there ten hours.

  • Sheets and a pillow. Yours, not ours.
  • Layers. Rooms feel different at 3am than they do at 9pm.
  • An eye mask if you want full darkness, and headphones if you want your own sound.
  • Water, and something small to eat if you are the kind of person who wakes up hungry.
  • Whatever you normally need to sleep. Do not reinvent your routine for one night.

Bringing someone

Each additional family member or friend is $100. If the night you want is already taken, call us anyway — sometimes the person who booked it is happy to share, and then you both get a discount. That happens more often than you would think.

Sunday is the standing special

Sunday overnights are our regular special and the most-booked night of the week. If you are flexible, start there.

Who tends to book it

Mostly people who have run out of road on rest — who have tried the hour, liked it, and want the deep end. If you have never been in before, we would honestly rather you did one hour first and then decided. Ten hours is a lot of room to meet for the first time, and the hourly rate never expires.

If you are not sure which one fits, the free fifteen-minute call exists precisely for this. Frannie has talked plenty of people down from a bigger booking than they needed.

Not sure if this is for you? Call or text Frannie for fifteen minutes. It is free, there is no pitch, and she will tell you honestly whether a couple of hours, a package, an overnight or none of the above makes sense. (561) 531-7178
