Meet the owners
Frannie Sheridan
The one who dances through life
For thirty years I have performed solo internationally and taught workshops on stress to veterans and trauma survivors, and Humor and Healing to people who are simply, thoroughly done in. I came out of inherited PTSD and into something I got tired of having no word for, so I coined one: post-traumatic joy. It is a real place. I live there now, most days, and I am unreasonably evangelical about it.
I teach people to turn their triggers into treasures.
My work as a traditionally published author and playwright has allotted me mayoral proclamations, an invitation as an honored guest to the U.S. Capitol, etc.… and as proud as I am of these honors, the biggest feather in my cap is having my public work give my father the courage to come out proudly as who he is, which he did at the age of 86. Hear all about it in my audiobook on audible.com:
I TRIED TO BE NORMAL BUT IT WAS TAKEN
