Who we are

Loving Light Regeneration (the Loving Light Regeneration Association) runs an energy wellness spa at 11911 S. US Highway 1, Suite 304, North Palm Beach, FL 33408. In this policy “we” and “us” means us, and “the website” means lovinglightregeneration.com.

What we collect through the website

The website only collects what you choose to send us. When you use the enquiry form on our Contact page, we receive:

• your name and email address (both required, so we can reply);
• your phone number and how you prefer to be contacted, if you give them;
• your answers to “why are you interested in coming” and “what do you hope to resolve”, how you found us, and any message you write.

Please share only what you are comfortable sharing. We are not a medical provider, so there is no need to send medical records or detailed health history — a sentence is plenty, and a phone call is often easier.

What we collect in person

Before your first session you pay a one-time $10 membership and sign our liability waiver. The waiver records your name, signature, email address, physical address and the date. We keep it as the record of your membership.

As the waiver says, a security camera continuously monitors the room that holds the light system.

Booking

Our “book” buttons open a booking calendar run on HighLevel (LeadConnector), the customer-management system we use. Anything you enter there — usually your name, email, phone and chosen time — goes to that system so we can hold your appointment. HighLevel handles it under its own privacy policy as a service provider to us.

Paying online

You can pay for an hour package or a membership by card on this website. The card number, expiry date and security code are typed into fields run by our payment processor, PayArc, and go straight to PayArc: they never reach our website and we never see or store them. We receive your name, email address, phone number, what you bought, the amount, and the last four digits of the card. For a membership, PayArc keeps your card on file to take the monthly payments you agreed to, and stops after the sixth. PayArc handles card data under its own privacy policy and the card industry's security rules (PCI DSS).

How we use your information

• to reply to your enquiry and talk through which session suits you;
• to book, confirm, change or cancel appointments;
• to keep a record of your membership and waiver;
• to keep the center and the equipment in it safe.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Where it is stored and who else sees it

An enquiry sent through the website is saved in the website’s own database, emailed to our inbox (a Google Gmail account), and copied into our HighLevel account so we can follow up. Beyond that, the only people who handle it are the companies that make those things work for us:

• our web host, which stores the website and its database;
• the web agency that builds and maintains the website for us;
• Google, for our email;
• HighLevel, for bookings and our contact list;
• PayArc, for card payments.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Cookies

The website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and it loads nothing from other companies’ servers while you read it. WordPress, which runs the site, sets cookies only for the people who log in to manage it.

Some links take you to other services — the booking calendar, Google Maps for directions, or YouTube for videos. Those sites set their own cookies under their own policies once you go to them.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and booking details for as long as we need them to look after you, and membership and waiver records for as long as you are a member and for as long afterwards as the law or our insurance requires. If you ask us to delete your information and nothing requires us to keep it, we will.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can tell us to stop contacting you. Email lovinglightregeneration@gmail.com or call (561) 531-7178 and we will sort it out.

Children

The website is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us their details, tell us and we will delete them.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
